May 28, 2025: Sills Cummis files motion to enforce litigants' rights and requests arrest. Counsel for 100 Mile Fund seeks an order authorizing the Sheriff to arrest David Garsia and confine him in county jail for non-response to an information subpoena. The motion also targets Donata Garsia and David E. Garsia, despite Sills having been notified months earlier that Mr. Garsia's father had passed away. The motion followed formal objections to the transfer of assets and ignored appeals to estate counsel for corrective action.
