Filed on May 28, 2025 by Sills Cummis & Gross, this motion demanded that Plaintiff David Garsia be arrested and jailed.

The filing states: “...may be arrested by the Sheriff and confined in the county jail...” — and extended the demand to Plaintiff’s wife Donata and his late father, despite Sills already being informed of his death.
